Support local oyster restaurants and suppliers this National Oyster Day, August 5th. Do you know how much water oysters filter? A single, healthy adult oyster can filter up to fifty gallons of water per day. Imagine the impact of billions of new oysters on the Bay's health. On August 5th, Fish & Fire Food Group restaurants will be donating a portion of procedes of oyster sales to the Oyster Recovery Partnership. Help restore the Bay's native oyster population.
