Join Cafe Riggs on Christmas Day for a traditional or vegan feast, prepared at the hands of Chef Curran. Festive dishes on the prix-fixe menus include smoked salmon with brioche, grapefruit and dill, tagliatelle with crab, uni and lemon, beet & carrot tartare with pistachio, honey and tarragon, a king oyster mushroom mille feuille served with piperade, and a croquembouche with creme patisserie and spun sugar. $95 per person, with optional supplements like white truffle and royal ossetra caviar.
