You're invited to Cafe Riggs this Christmas Eve, where you will have a choice between a traditional and a vegan prix-fixe dinner menu. Featured dishes include a foie gras torchon with cherry and calvados and served with a baguette, glazed duck breast with cippolini onions, brussels sprouts and orange, leek & chestnut ravioli with smoked onion, a celeriac bourguignon with whipped potato and herbs, and Bouche de Noel with chocolate and cherry. $85 per person, with optional supplements like white truffle and royal oscetra caviar.
