Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel’s tempting starters include Japanese Madai Tartare, Foie Gras Mousse “En Truffle Royale”, Sweet Crab & Citrus, as well asWarm Maine Lobster. Standout entrées include Turbot, Truffled Roasted Amish Chicken, as well as Chestnut Farm Filet Mignon. To complete the meal on a sweet note, Pastry Chef Nicholas Pine will offer Bûche de Noël, Pistachio Mont Blanc, Eggnog Crème Brûlée, and Chocolate Bauble.
