Classic Negroni And Kingston Negroni For Negroni Week

In celebration of Negroni Week, Columbia Room will serve a special menu offering different variations of a Negroni. A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to Share Our Strength, an organization whose mission is to end hunger and poverty around the world. The menu, which is available within the Punch Garden and Spirits Library, includes a classic Negroni, as well as the Kingston Negroni with a house rum blend, Spanish Vermouth, and Campari; and the Watermelon Americano with Campari, Blanc Vermouth, and salted watermelon soda. In addition to specialty cocktails ($15), Columbia Room offers a Campari Paté ($12), chicken liver paté with Campari gelée and toast.
