Claudio DeLuca, producer of Case d'Alto Wines and Coevo Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Grottaminarda (Acellino), Campania, Italy, will be visiting Olio2go to meet with consumers and chefs to introduce his olive oils through a guided tasting. This is the perfect opportunity to meet one on one wtih a wine and olive oil producer, to discuss the processes involved in organic farming for wine grapes and olives, through the bottling, sales, and distribution. The afternoon will feature food pairings, and guided tastings, for a delightful Italian afternoon. The tasting will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
