In this interactive class, cocktail and spirits expert Derek Brown will delve into the ingredients used to make spirits and cocktails. You will discuss common plants and flowers used as well as how to choose basil, make a spiced maple syrup, and how to use dandelions from root to flower. You will  make three drinks—the Gin Basil Smash, Spirit-Free Lion’s Tail, and Dandelion Negroni. Classes include snacks, printed recipes, and a gift for attendees.
