BLT Steak and Chef Michael Bonk are launching a Spring/Summer Cooking Class Series aimed to improve your culinary skills, in a fun, educational, and interactive setting. In this class, learn as Chef Bonk reveals secrets on how to navigate Dupont Circle Market in order to uncover the freshest fruits and vegetables. Immediately following the class, you will receive an exclusive kitchen tour before sitting down to a delicious three-course lunch with pairings from the steakhouse’s wine cellar.
