In this class, learn as Chef Bonk reveals secrets on how to navigate Dupont Circle Market in order to uncover the freshest fruits and vegetables. Immediately following the class, you will receive an exclusive kitchen tour before sitting down to a delicious three-course lunch with pairings from the steakhouse’s wine cellar. Spots can be reserved for $100 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
