BLT Steak and Chef Michael Bonk are launching a Spring/Summer Cooking Class Series aimed to improve your culinary skills, in a fun, educational, and interactive setting. During this class, get ready for Memorial Day with a deep dive into popular seafood items and how to best prepare them. Immediately following the class, you will receive an exclusive kitchen tour before sitting down to a delicious three-course lunch with pairings from the steakhouse’s wine cellar. Spots can be reserved for $100 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
