Cooking Class: Guisado

Poca Madre's cooking class series continues with an afternoon learning about guisado, the traditional braised meats of Mexico. Enjoy a welcome cocktail as chef Faiz Ally shares his techniques on light butchery and cooking Northern barbacoa, birria and tinga poblano.
