BLT Steak and Chef Michael Bonk are launching a Spring/Summer Cooking Class Series aimed to improve your culinary skills, in a fun, educational, and interactive setting. The first class will delve into all things meat, including how to pick the perfect cut, the best places to buy locally, and preparation techniques for the home cook. Immediately following the class, you will receive an exclusive kitchen tour before sitting down to a delicious three-course lunch with pairings from the steakhouse’s wine cellar. Spots can be reserved for $100 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, or purchase all 6 classes in the series for $500.
