This collaborative dinner created from the unlikely cuisine pairing of Cranes and Daru for one night only is sure to be a culinary evening of epic proportions. Celebrated Chef Pepe Moncayo, talented Chef Suresh Sundas and their dedicated teams are presenting a six-course tasting menu intertwining Indian, Japanese and Spanish ingredients, techniques and dishes.
