Chef Andrew Skala has created a memorable holiday meal for you to share with your loved ones. To start, enjoy scallion and Vermont cheddar parker house rolls and a butter lettuce salad with point reyes blue cheese, avocado, and a champagne-herb vinaigrette. For the main, two 14 oz. USDA prime rib from Seven Hills are served alongside a selection of accompaniments. Finish with buche de noel and Catoctin Creek rye eggnog. $235 per package. Option to add on Perigord black truffles for $90 and Alaskan king crab and Louisiana shrimp "Louis" for an additional $32. Each of the experiences is available with 24 hours notice and orders can be placed on Tock. The CUT Christmas Experience for two is available for pick-up starting at 2:30 p.m. on Christmas Day.
