Virtual Cheese & Wine Pairing And Tasting Class: Classic Winter Pairings

Join the DC Food and Beverage Collective (DCFBC) for a virtual cheese and wine pairing class about classic winter pairings that you can also taste. The class will be led by Alice Bergen Phillips, Owner/Head Cheesemonger of Cheesemonster Studio a woman-owned retail cheese and cheese education shop located in Washington, DC. Alice has worked in specialty foods for the past eleven years, seven of those focusing on cheese. Alice has in-depth knowledge of artisanal cheese, charcuterie, wine, and beer, which has led her to become an award-winning cheesemonger. She looks forward to leading you through a tasting and answering your questions.
