Come taste Northern Virginia's biggest, baddest, bone-in-BBQ at the 1st Annual DC Metro Beer Bourbon & BBQ Festival at the Bull Run Special Events Center. The affair will offer all the pleasures true Southerners live by: beer, bourbon, barbeque, boots, bacon, biscuits, bluegrass, and smoked beasts. Your admission will get you a souvenir glass for enjoying all you can taste beer and bourbon from a selection of over 40 bourbons and 60 beers. Shrine of Swine will be cooking up whole hogs, or enjoy food from other food trucks and restaurants. Throughout the day, you will be able to attend seminars, enjoy live music, play games, or shop the brewerania for hot sauces and BBQ accessories.
VIP tickets are also available and include two extra hours of sampling, a BBQ dinner plate and live entertainment. VIP tickets are $59 per person, with entry beginning at 12:00 p.m., and general admission is $39 per person with entry beginning at 2:00 p.m. The event will end at 6:00 p.m. To purchase tickets or for more information about the event, click here.
