Celebrate memorial day with Via Umbria at their Chef's table. The keys to rustic Umbrian dining come from the utilization of the freshest ingredients with a focus on simple preparation. They have created this fresh, simple and amazingly delicious menu of Spring Umbrian classics that will prove that the original way is, in fact, the best. Join them for this delightful Umbrian menu that includes hand made Umbrian Tagliatelle pasta with the season’s best Fava beans, followed by succulent pan roasted tenderloin with Spring greens, guaranteed to be a meal you are not soon to forget.
