Italian Easter Classics with Chef Mark Haskell

Join Chef Mark Haskell on March 31 from 6–8 PM at Hill Center for an in-person cooking class celebrating Italian Easter classics. Guests will learn to make Chicken Involtini along with a seasonal menu including Risi e Bisi, a spring asparagus and fennel salad, stracciatella soup, and lemon mousse tarts. Complimentary beer and wine are included.

Chef Haskell, a South Carolina native, has cooked across Europe, Asia, South America, and the U.S., blending global influences with Southern traditions. He was named a Chevalier of the Confrérie de Vin de Saint Vincent for promoting organic and biodynamic food in France’s Côtes du Rhône.
