Dinner At The Chef's Table: Summer Feast
“Estate” is Italian for summer, and with its arrival come distinct flavors and fresh ingredients that haven’t been available since the previous year. To welcome everyone’s favorite season and its fruits, Via Umbria has created a menu that features the fresh Caprese salad with burrata as a starter, followed by a tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, guanciale, chili and fresh ricotta primo and a pan-roasted rib eye secondo, which all act as an ode to the season and it’s offerings. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish–feel free to ask questions. Your ticket includes welcome prosecco and a 4-course fixed menu at the Chef's table.
