Wine Director Omar White is pleased to invite you to an exclusive dinner with winemaker Terah Bajjalieh of Terah Wine Co. from California. Terah is a seasoned hospitality professional with a masters degree in enology and viticulture. Established in 2020, Terah Wine Co focuses on farming and light handed wine making with grapes sourced from vineyards that practice organic farming and, in most cases, regenerative farming and biodynamics. Her wines are the perfect compliment to our farm focused menu. Chefs Kat and Rochelle have paired Terah's wines with some of the best flavors of spring, including a cherry blossom themed dessert to capture the beloved peak season in DC.
