Disco Mary is seeking to raise the bar on how people party. Maria Bastach, former wine director and operations manager of Maydan and Compass Rose, is opening her pop-up within the Columbia Room with a nightlife vibe where the focus is on conversation, connection, and plants. Yes, lots of plants. Pairing apothecary cocktails using herbal ingredients with a menu of plant-forward food, Disco Mary wants to offer choices when it comes to going out, including no- and low-alcohol cocktails using ingredients such as adaptogenic mushrooms, super-fruits, and calming herbs.
