DIY Spring Cheeseboard Class with Alice Bergen Phillips

Guests are invited to participate in a guided cheese-tasting followed by an in-depth board building lesson with the owner of Cheesemonster, Alice Bergen Phillips at 12:00 p.m. Each class member will build a cheeseboard from an array of local and artisnal cheeses and pairings. The class details how to pick items for your cheeseboard, and how to cut an arrange ingredients. Guests can also sip on umlimted wine throughout the class.
