Sicilian Wine Dinner with Tenuta di Castellaro at Iron Gate

Iron Gate will host an intimate four-course dinner on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 6:30–9:00 PM, featuring wines from Tenuta di Castellaro of Lipari Island, Sicily. Special guest Daniele Sassi will guide guests through organically farmed Aeolian varietals—including Malvasia delle Lipari, Carricante, Corinto Nero, and Nero d’Avola—paired with Chef Tony Chittum’s seasonal, coastal-inspired menu. Tenuta di Castellaro is renowned for reviving historic Aeolian vineyards through organic farming and traditional albarello (“little tree”) training, producing wines of remarkable minerality and terroir.
