Drink Etna Wine with Enzo Cambria from Cottanera Winery

Come drink with Enzo Cambria of Sicily, winemaker at Cottanera Winery on Mt Etna. The wine tasting will feature:

Bianco DOC (100% carracante)
Bianco Barbazzale (a blend of carracante + tiny bit of viognier)
Rosato DOC (nerello mascalese)
Diciassettesalme (nerello mascalese from a cru vineyard site)

Join Enzo + learn about their vineyards, regional grapes + volcanic soils! Full dinner will be available for purchase. This tasting will be conducted similar to a class so that Enzo can speak on the wines to several tables at a time.
