Experimental Cocktail Nights at Lapop: Amalfi Coast Featuring Don Ciccio & Figli

Experimental Cocktail nights at Lapop are an exploration of the Afghan Cocktail where they take elements of Afghan cuisine and develop a one-time cocktail menu. For this installment of the Experimental Cocktail series they are infusing the flavors and spirits of the Amalfi Coast with traditional Afghan ingredients like sumac, cardamom, and saffron. Their cocktail menu for this evening features classic Italian spirits such as Limoncello, Concerto, and Fernet paired with some of their favorite springtime fruits such as cantaloupe, mangoes, and raspberries. As with all the experimental cocktail nights, they will have a representative from their featured distillery, Don Ciccio & Figli with them behind the bar to offer tastings of their line of spirits for you.
