Fairmont Presents an Intimate Evening with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey and Drunk Chicken Cigars

Fairmont Washington DC is excited to host Uncle Nearest Whiskey and Drunk Chicken Cigars for an evening reception, whiskey pairing dinner and cigar tasting. Victora Eady Butler, Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Master Blender, and Desiree Sylver, Drunk Chicken Founder and CEO, will conduct whiskey and cigar tastings alongside a culinary feast prepared to specially compliment the cocktails by Fairmont's Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley. Reservations for the reception, dinner and cigar may be made for $229 per person, or add a custom-engraved bottle of Uncle Nearest to your evening for $289 per person. The engraver will be onsite to engrave each bottle, and prices do not include tax or gratuity. To make your reservation, please email [email protected]. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a welcome cocktail hour and hot canapés follwed by the four-course dinner at 7:00 p.m. Finally, guests can retire to the courtyard cigar lounge to enjoy a hand rolled Mother Clucker Robusto paired with a Nearest the West End 1884 Cocktail lead by Desiree and Victoria, and beginning at 9:00 p.m.
