Fairmont's Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea

Celebrate the Cherry blossoms this season with afternoon tea at The Fairmont. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo, Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley and Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen have collaborated on an amazing menu to enjoy with looking over a courtyard of Cherry Blossoms. Th menue will feature sandwhiches including, but not limited to, a Savory Pink Lady Apple Cherry Tart, an English Cucumber, Heiloom Tomato Chutney Sourdough and Curried Chicken Cherry Marmalade, Brioche as well as sweet treats such as Pink Sakura Roll, Cherry and Champange Sakura Pave and Bing Cherry Cookie Choux. Teas from Lott 35 will be served including Green Tea, Herbal Tea and Black Tea. 

Tea times will take place from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 

Tickets are $75/$65 per person or $90 per person with the option of adding a glass of G.H Champane
