Join Slow Food DC as they make some shroom for Slow Food DC as they lead an introduction to at-home oyster mushroom cultivation. There will be mushroom workshop stations throughout the store in addition to a variety of functional mushroom snacks and beverages on hand! The event is free and open to the public, and will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
