Fiola’s Pizza Pop-Up is Back
Fiola is thrilled to once again offer a very special Pizza Pop-Up at the bar on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 12th through July 27th. Guests may enjoy Chef Antonio Mermolia's pizza, based on a traditional Neopolitan recipe, where the dough is fermented for 72 hours. Three delectable Neaoplitan-style pizza flavors, two of which will rotate every week, will be part of the experience at Fabio Trabocchi's One-Star MICHELIN restaurant, Fiola. The flavors are inspired by favorite regions in Italy, each paired with beers from local Port City Brewing. For reservations, click here.
