Food & Wine Best Chefs Series at Maru San

Following his recognition on Food & Wine's Best New Chefs (BNCs) in America list for 2026, Chef Carlos Delgado of Causa, Amazonia, and Maru San launches his first visiting chef series at Maru San featuring DC's Food & Wine BNC alums. Chef Carlos and the visiting chefs will collaborate to create a handroll set, featuring different handrolls based on their unique culinary backgrounds, combining Maru San's Japanese Peruvian "Nikkei" fare with flavors from Italy, Mexico, Korea, and more. Tickets available on Resy, and a portion of the night's proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry or a charity of each chef's choosing.
