Fourth Of July Happy Hour

You can’t spell American without 'can' and Jack Rose Dining Saloon is once again partnering with local Frederick, Maryland-based Flying Dog Brewery for their annual beer-centric fourth of July celebration and rooftop viewing party. Jack Rose's Annual “AmeriCAN Drink Dependence Day” will commence on Thursday as they serve $4 Flying Dog cans and $5 drafts all day and night, plus half priced bites such as smoked whiskey wings with habanero and honey bourbon sauce, grilled jerk wings will allspice, chillies and garlic, crispy chicken skins with paprika, lime and green goddess dressing, pickled corn hushpuppies with sumac creme and wildflower honey, and fried mac & cheese with truffle mayonnaise. This year, Jack Rose’s tropical Tiki Bar will also be open early, serving up half-priced island-inspired Tiki cocktails for $6.50 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. as part of its weekly Tiki Thursdays happy hour. Jack Rose's expansive open-air rooftop terrace has a great view of the National Mall fireworks, from its front Balcony Room and back Tiki Bar, both which will be open on the fourth.
