4th Of July Dinner

On Thursday, join Mintwood Place for dinner service and enjoy Chef Matt Cockrell's Independence Day fare. The menu will include a pulled pork bbq sandwich with peanut cole slaw and bacon-potato salad, a fried chicken sandwich, with jalapeno-buttermilk brine and butter pickles, a DC half smoke, with plum mustarda, chili, and pickled corn & onions, and charred corn with ranch dressing and queso fresco.
