The French continue to blaze new wine trails in Oregon. Explore the fruits of their labor paired with four courses by Chef Nick Johnson. Wines will include Willakenzie Pinot Gris; Drouhin Chardonnay “Arthur"; Cooper Mountain; Solena Grande Cuvee Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 2016; Bergstrom Cumberland Reserve. Willamette Valley 2016; and Beaux Freres, Ribbon Ridge for dessert.
