Join in the big fundraising dinner for Ukraine, #ChefsForUkraine. Chef Danny Lledó of Xiquet and Chef Pepe Moncayo and pastry Chef Gregory Baumgartner of Cranes, announced their participation in the March 21st fundraising dinner for Ukraine along with some of the biggest names in the industry. The event is organized by Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate and all proceeds from the ticket sales ($500 per person and an optional $200 wine pairing) will be donated to José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen relief efforts on the Ukrainian border.
