Cranes Spanish Kaiseki will be highlighting six different rose's, some local and some from different regions than most people are used to. This event is to celebrate the coming of spring and sommelier Eric Stewart-Woodruff has worked with Chef Pepe to come up with a lovely bunch of wine and foods to pair with them.
