The Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) announces the 18th annual Georgetown French Market, perfect for shoppers, foodies and families. More than twenty-five local boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, salons, and galleries will display their discounted wares for up to 75% off in this inviting open-air market, evoking the outdoor markets of Paris. Neighborhood restaurants will also offer specials and French fare, including sweet and savory crepes, grilled merguez sausages, pastries and macarons. On Saturday and Sunday, the French Market will also feature music, a caricature artist, roaming mime, and more. This is a free event. Friday, October 1st and Saturday, October 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 3rd, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
