Chef Rob Aikens has been leading the team at NYC's VerÅnika since 2019, but this week he officially returns to Espita to lead their new ghost kitchen initiative, Ghostburger. Launching today, Ghostburger's menu is a unique twist from the Espita team's typical cuisine, and will combine flavors from Philly, Mexico, and France to create updated versions of the classic burger offerings.
