The “In the Spirit of Kinship” To-Go Menu

Chef Eric Ziebold changes up this menu this week and highlights include:  Succotash Salad with Grilled Medina Farm Okra, Baby Corn, Butter Beans and Rouille; L’Abeille Garden Stuffed Lipstick Peppers and Smoked Tuna Salad with Anchovy Caper Dressing; Dorade Filet with Graffiti Eggplant Confit, Sauteed Pea Shoots and L’Abeille Garden Aji Dulce Peppers; and Kinship Peach Melba with Peach Upside Down Cake, Raspberry Whipped Cream and Peach Compote. Kinship’s dining room menu and the to-go menu features items from L’Abeille Garden, which they planted in 2015 at RdV Vineyards in Delaplane, Virginia.  Throughout the growing season they  will use homegrown vegetables, fruits and herbs.
