Every Monday throughout Juniotónico, Estadio will host a line-up of acclaimed local bartenders for special gin-fueled “Gindustry” Nights. The late-night gin parties will feature creative gin cocktails, specialty gin tastings, and the behind-the-bar talents of guest bartenders Eddie Kim of Lazy Omakase, Dante Datta of Ellē and soon-to-open Daru cocktail bar, Alison Hillard of Jack Rose Dining Saloon, and Monica Lee of the Daikaya restaurant group. 9:00 p.m. 10 12:00 a.m. weekly.
