Join Chef Jacques and team, as well as head sommelier of L'Auberge Chez Francois, Alex Bardsley, for an evening of discovering hidden gems of the Côte d’Or in Burgundy. The evening will begin with Chef's seasonal hors d'oeuvres and a crisp glass of Albert Bichot, Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve, then it will continue on to a guided tasting of three exceptional wines and a seven-course repast paired with Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson and Régis Bouvier, Marsannay. Dinner will be offered on the covered garden terrace Grande Tente with pastoral views of the six acres grounds, on-site gardens, koi pond, and spring flowers in bloom. Included with your reservation is access to the tasting and dinner. Tickets are available, here, for $215 per person. The evening will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
