In Biblioteca In Italiano at the Embassy of Italy

The Italian Cultural Institute of Washington invites you to further explore their newest library section dedicated to young readers. Discover the books selected in collaboration with In Italiano and enjoy this encounter of "In biblioteca in italiano". This event is appropriate for children ages 4 through 10. For this encounter, dedicated to Italian cuisine on the occasion of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo, we will read extracts from "Il club dei cuochi segreti" by Federica Buglioni and Emanuela Bussolati (2016, Editoriale Scienza), as well as discover the "History of Italian cuisine in comics", a graphic novel created by the Accademia Italiana della Cucina. Hands on activities will complement our storytelling encounter. Registration is required.
