This introductory class is designed for those wanting to develop a good foundation of wine knowledge and an understanding of how to taste wine. In this class you will learn about main styles of wine, the most important wine grapes, key wine-producing countries and regions, how grapes are grown and wine is produced, how to taste wine like a pro, what to look for and why, matching food and wine, serving, storing, and buying wine, and the best way to buy in retail stores and restaurants. Tickets are $75 and the class is from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This class will be taught on Cisco, WebEx, or Zoom with wine samples available for curbside pickup by appointment on Thursday, January 28th between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. To register and for more information please click here.
