Japanese Fermentation Dinner at I Egg You

A group of chefs including Jamie Leeds, Derek Watson, and Scott Drewno went with Takashi Sato, the owner of San-J Tamari, on an amazing trip to the Aichi Prefecture in Japan to explore fermented foods and fermentation techniques. This dinner is a celebration of what they learned on the trip paired with some chef friends from the DMV who already use Japanese fermented ingredients in their daily cooking.

They will begin the night with a reception and sake cocktail curated by Reiko Hirai from DC Sake at 6:30 p.m. followed by a multi course dinner from the Chefs listed below. The dinner is priced at $85 per person. To purchase a ticket, click here.
