This immersive program equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to handle, cook, and profitably serve Japanese Wagyu, one of the world’s most luxurious ingredients. Attendees will explore essential topics including breeds, brands, grading systems, traceability, nutrition, thawing and handling, butchering, and pricing strategies, while gaining valuable cooking experience with both premium and secondary cuts.
