Get excited for an epic restaurant dining experience that brings together the most talented chefs to celebrate family operated farms and ranches raising sheep in the U.S. Lamb Jam Month celebrates the culinary creativity of chefs across the country and supports family-operated farms and ranches that are raising sheep in the U.S. For the month of May, in each of the seven Lamb Jam cities- Atlanta, Austin, Boston, D.C., Denver, San Francisco, and Seattle-8 chefs will run a small plate on their menu featuring American lamb and compete for the title of Lamb Jam Master of their city.
