Hear about the discovery of the location of a possible enslaved home space in the orchard at Tudor Place. Kerri Barile Tambs of Dovetail Cultural Resource Group walks us through an archaeological survey in 2010 that uncovered a curious cluster of artifacts in the North Garden. Return visits in 2013 and 2022 suggested a former multiuse structure dating from the first half of the 19th century! Come and learn how archaeology plays a part in helping to tell the full story of life at Tudor Place. This event is free to attend; register in person or online. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Learn more at www.tudorplace.org.
