Lupo Verde Osteria, will offer its seasonal a la carte menu in addition to a traditional Feast of Seven Fishes menu. Prepared by Executive Chef Matt Franklin, the dinner will consist of fish and pasta, following the Roman Catholic tradition to refrain from the consumption of meat on holy days. The numerology represents the seven sacraments and seven days of creation. Standout include Cioppino with octopus, mussels, slams, chickpeas and tomato; Tonno e Tonno, seared ahi tuna with tomato sauce and caviar; Capesante with scallops, sea beans, nori and uni; Squid Ink Risotto with crab and calamari; Lobster Ravioli with lobster crème and cognac; Spicy Pickled Mackerel with onion jam and bok choy, as well as golden Tilefish with smoked tomato and romanesco. For a sweet ending, guests can enjoy a Triple Chocolate Panna Cotta.
