Lupo Verde's seasonal a la carte menu and traditional Feast of Seven Fishes menu, prepared by Executive Chef Juan Ignacio Olivera, will consist of fish and pasta. Menu highlights include the Swordfish Carpaccio, swordfish loin, salmon roe, orange segments, smoked lemon vinaigrette and herb gremolata; Polpo al Tegamino, octopus, celery purée, cherry tomato confit, black olives, potato chips and breadcrumbs; Culurgiones al Astice, lobster dumplings, lobster bisque, lobster cloud and fennel pollen; Vongole Rivisitate, linguine pasta with razor clams, white wine, Calabrian chili and parsley, as well as Pesce Stocco e Capesante alla Livornese, poached codfish, seared scallops, capers, black olives, anchovies, cherry tomato confit emulsion.  For the perfect ending, you can enjoy the traditional Semifreddo al Pistachio with orange soup. Lupo Verde’s Feast of the Seven Fishes menu is priced at $95 per person which includes a bottle of Ferrari Brut Chardonnay for the table (excluding tax and gratuity). Lupo Verde will offer its seasonal a la carte menu in addition to a traditional Feast of Seven Fishes menu from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
