The Cheese Lady is at it again and this time she is diving into the history and variety of charcuterie from around the world. Enjoy five styles of cheese paired with some of the most charcuterie-friendly wine around - Lini 910 "Labrusca Rosso", all served along side other various charcuterie accompaniments. Order your tasting kit and pick it up ahead of the scheduled class on September 22nd; each kits serves 2 to 4 people and includes the charcuterie et. cetera and the wine(!) should you choose to add on a bottle ($21.99 per bottle).
