Chef Michael Mina will be bringing extraordinary chefs from across the country, and the city of DC, together for a culinary showcase that puts the city on a national stage on Thursday, November 2nd and Friday, November 3rd. This year the Wine & Dine will feature renowned chefs including Nina Compton, Adam Sobel, Michael White, Hillary Sterling, Jose Mendin and Brad Kilgore alongside Chef Mina, as well as local talent Gilles Epié (L’Avant-Garde), Stephane Gratier (Boulangerie Christophe) and Yuan Tang (Rooster & Owl). The showpiece event on Friday, November 3rd at 6:30 p.m. – the Winemaker & Celebrity Chefs Dinner – will be a six-course meal which will feature one dish from each chef for an unparalleled tasting experience.
