The Gilroy Garlic Festival will host a dinner "A Blossoming Affair "Dinner in the Cherry Orchard". Guests on Saturday, August 19th. You will enjoy appetizers of grilled mini-lamb chops, fig brie crostini, and bacon wrapped shrimp and a dinner of mized greens salad, fresh watermelon, and feta dressed with balsamic vinegrette, baseball-cut top sirloin and jumbo prawn skewers: grilled vegetables, red-skinned garlic mashed potatoes , and eggplants parm. All finished with a dessert of warm apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
